What is your typical process for working with a new client?

The initial steps in my process include a New Client Interview - One of the first things I find most valuable in my coaching process is getting a clear understanding of my clients goals and objectives. I want to know where you want to end up and what your career or business will be like when you have achieved success. To accomplish this, I like to talk through six categories. These categories are Career, Relationships, Financial, Health, and Spiritual Well-Being.

Secondly, I request that my clients read and complete (if applicable) the following forms: New Coaching Client Welcome and Agreement, Client Intake Form, Statement of Intent, and Confidentiality Agreement (For your records) . . . I then Set & Share the coaching plans & goals that I have prepared and schedule and begin Coaching sessions.
